We answer enquiries Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00 (Central European Time), excluding public holidays. Write to us in English or Spanish.

So that we can help you as quickly as possible, please include your organisation's name and the email address you use with the service. If your enquiry concerns a specific analysis, please give us the ID: you will find it at the end of the reply you received, and also in the panel, inside the detail view of each analysed email. If you do not have it to hand, add the approximate date and time you reported it and the subject line of the original email; that is enough for us to find it too. If your organisation has an assigned security contact, please copy them in.

What Integrasec is

Integrasec adds a button to your inbox. When you receive an email that looks suspicious — an impersonation attempt, an invoice you were not expecting, an odd link — instead of having to decide for yourself, you press the button and send it to us for analysis.

The system examines the sender, the domain's authentication, the links and the attachments, and emails you back a clear verdict: safe, suspicious or malicious, together with the reasons behind it. Email analysis is carried out on infrastructure hosted in the European Union.

It is available as an add-on for Gmail and Google Workspace and as a panel for Microsoft Outlook. It is a service for organisations: each company subscribes and makes it available to its employees.

Frequently asked questions

How is the add-on installed?

Installation is carried out by your organisation's systems administrator, who deploys it for the whole team. If the button does not appear in your mailbox, please check with your company's IT department first. If you are the one administering the Workspace or Microsoft tenant and need the deployment instructions, you will find them in Installation for administrators.

How do I report a suspicious email?

Open the email in question and press the Integrasec button. Confirm the submission and you will receive the result of the analysis in your own inbox. There is no need to forward anything manually or to leave your mailbox.

How long does the result take?

The report usually reaches your inbox within a couple of minutes. If you have not received it after a quarter of an hour, check your junk mail folder. If it is not there either, write to us with the approximate time and the subject of the email you reported.

The add-on says Integrasec is not enabled for my account

It means your email address is not among those your organisation has registered with the service. The email was not sent for analysis. Speak to your administrator or to your company's security officer, who are the ones managing registrations.

I get the notice "Too many reports in a row"

To prevent abuse, the service limits how many emails one person can report in a short time. Wait a while and try again. If you need to report many emails at once, for example during a phishing campaign against your company, let your security officer know or write to us.

What does the add-on access in my mailbox?

Only the message you choose to report, at the moment you press the button. The add-on does not read your inbox, does not access other messages and cannot reach your mail when you are not using it. The full detail of the permissions requested and the reason for each one is in the Privacy Policy.

How do I uninstall the add-on or revoke its access?

You can withdraw access at any time from your account settings:

  • Google: go to Google Account › Data & privacy › Third-party apps with account access, select Integrasec and remove access.
  • Microsoft: from Outlook, under Get Add-ins › My add-ins, or by asking your organisation's administrator if the deployment is centralised.

If the add-on was installed by your administrator for the whole organisation, they are the ones who must remove it. Section 15.1 of the Privacy Policy explains what happens to analyses already carried out.

Where can I see my analysis history?

Each organisation's security officers have a dashboard at eu.integrasec.net with the history of reports, the verdicts and the risk indicators. Access is granted by the organisation's administrator.

I have received a verdict I believe is wrong

Write to us forwarding the report you received. We review borderline cases manually and let you know the outcome. That feedback is also how we correct the system, so we are grateful for the report even when the doubt turns out to be unfounded.

A verdict does not replace your own judgement

Integrasec is a decision-support tool. No analysis system, automated or human, is right one hundred per cent of the time. Whenever you have any doubt about a payment, a credential or sensitive data, verify through an independent channel before acting.

Security issues

If you find a vulnerability in the service or suspect unauthorised access, please report it to administracion@integrasec.net with "Security issue" in the subject line. We ask that you do not disclose the finding publicly until we have had the chance to fix it.

In the event of a personal data breach, we notify the affected client within a maximum of 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as set out in the Privacy Policy and in the data processing agreement.

Data protection

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection over your personal data, write to administracion@integrasec.net.

Please note that where Integrasec is provided through your employer, your organisation is the data controller and Integrasec acts as processor. Depending on the case, we may therefore refer you to your organisation or handle the request on its instructions. This is set out in full in the Privacy Policy.
